pair这个名词能够对成双成对的什意思事物起到量化的作用，翻译成汉语是主谓致问“一双”、“一对”的什意思意思。

关于pair主谓一致问题，主谓致问主要有以下两个核心要点：

① 如果成双的什意思东西前有a pair of来修饰时，谓语要用单数。主谓致问

例如：This pair of scissors belongs to the tailor.

② 想要购买的什意思内容是东西，而不是主谓致问pair，所以buy后的什意思宾语如果用代词时，要用them（指trousers等），主谓致问而不用it（指pair）。什意思但如果宾语是主谓致问a pair of ...这样的完整形式，则不受影响。什意思

例如：This pair of shoes looks great. I want to try them on. Try的主谓致问宾语不是it，而是什意思them。

对比：This pair of shoes looks great. I want to try on this pair of shoes. Try的宾语是this pair of shoes完整版，就可以了，单独一个pair是不可以的。
